In April 2018, he began collaborating with Humanitas University as the educational coordinator of the university's mental health department. In June 2019, he was appointed Extraordinary Professor of Psychiatry and in 2023 Full Tenured Professor of Psychiatry, with academic responsibility for courses in the mental health area (psychiatry, psychology, child neuropsychiatry).
In the same year, he began collaborating with Humanitas SanpioX and subsequently with Humanitas Medical Care Murat, founding and becoming the head of the Center for Personalized Medicine for Anxiety and Panic Disorders. In the following years, he was appointed Scientific Director of Psicocare in the Humanitas Medical Care network of clinics and developed the perinatal psychopathology service (Humanitas SanpioX) and the psycho-oncology service (Humanitas Research Hospital - Rozzano). In February 2025, he was appointed Director of the Humanitas Mental Health Center, a clinical-scientific unit that spans all Humanitas Group facilities, with the aim of ensuring the quality of services and the growth of clinical offerings, guiding and developing the mental health team.
