Giampaolo Perna, co-author of a review of the scientific literature just published in a prestigious international journal which attempted to evaluate scientifically supported pharmacological therapeutic options in the treatment of panic disorder in advanced age. Unfortunately there are no solid studies on this matter although some suggestions from the present studies can still be extrapolated.
